1. Who We Are
Isbo is a product of Unigram Technologies. Unigram Technologies (“Unigram”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the Isbo website and related services.
This Policy covers information handled through the website, Contact, Book a Demo, Interview Isbo and other Isbo forms or conversational interfaces. Where a business uses Isbo for its own customers, that business may determine the purposes of processing and have its own privacy notice. Applicable service and data-processing agreements may also govern that processing.
2. Information We Collect
The information processed depends on the features you use and what you choose to provide.
A. Information you provide
This may include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, messages and other contact information. Demo requests may also include a website, country, business type, customer channels, requested capabilities, existing systems and context you share.
We also receive information you voluntarily enter into Interview Isbo or other conversational experiences. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or data about others unless it is necessary and you have lawful authority to provide it.
B. Information collected automatically
Website delivery, security and third-party services may process device and browser details, IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, referral sources, page activity and technical or session information. Forms can capture page URLs, submission timestamps and available UTM campaign parameters.
Cookies and similar storage may support essential functions, preferences and sessions. Analytics events depend on the tools actually enabled; no optional analytics or advertising tracker is currently configured in the application code. Hosting and embedded-provider behavior may differ and requires separate verification.
C. Information from connected services
When a business connects supported systems, Isbo may process the information needed to provide the requested functionality, such as conversations, contact records, calendar availability or commerce information. The relevant connection permissions and service agreements determine the scope.
3. Chat and AI Interactions
Conversations with Isbo may be transmitted, processed, stored and analyzed as necessary to provide responses, operate the service, maintain conversation context, improve reliability, support customer service and prevent abuse. Relevant service and AI providers may process these interactions.
You may be able to interact with Interview Isbo without creating an account or signing in. This does not necessarily mean the interaction is anonymous; technical, session and usage information may still be processed as described in this Policy.
4. How We Use Information
We use information as relevant to your interaction to:
- Provide and operate Isbo, deliver AI interactions and maintain conversation context.
- Respond to inquiries, assess demo requests and coordinate requested services and follow-up.
- Manage customer relationships, provide support and communicate about requested services.
- Improve functionality and reliability and, where enabled, analyze website or service usage.
- Monitor security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into one, legitimate interests such as operating and securing services where those interests are not overridden by your rights, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations.
The basis depends on the purpose and applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. How We Share Information
Information may be shared with service, infrastructure, AI technology, communications and CRM or business-system providers as needed to deliver the functionality you use. Analytics providers may receive information only where an analytics service is actually enabled and any required permission has been obtained.
Providers process information as needed for their roles and subject to applicable contractual arrangements. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisors or authorities when legally required, or where permitted to protect rights, safety and service security. These disclosures are not a claim that information is never shared with third parties.
7. AI and Third-Party Model Providers
Isbo may use one or more third-party artificial intelligence providers as part of its technical infrastructure. Information submitted to AI-powered features may be processed by those providers as necessary to deliver the functionality.
The provider used can depend on the feature and service configuration. Processing, retention and any provider use of submitted information depend on applicable agreements and settings; this Policy does not promise that a particular provider is always used or that information is never retained or used for model improvement.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, security, legal compliance and legitimate business needs. The period depends on the information, applicable obligations, service agreements and any need to establish or defend legal claims.
Specific retention settings for conversations, forms and provider records must be assessed for the relevant service. This Policy does not establish a fixed retention period for all information.
10. Data Security
Unigram uses administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Measures depend on the service and its configuration; no method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
This Policy does not claim that Isbo holds a particular security or privacy certification or that any system is impossible to breach.
11. International Data Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your own because infrastructure and service providers may operate globally. Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries.
Where required, applicable contractual or other legal mechanisms must be used to support international processing. The appropriate mechanism depends on the transfer, provider and applicable law.
12. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of information; restrict or object to processing; and withdraw consent. These rights are subject to applicable conditions, exceptions and legal requirements.
Send requests to hello@uni-gram.com. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity or authority and respond under applicable law. For information processed on behalf of a business customer, we may need to refer your request to that business or assist it under the applicable agreement.
13. California and U.S. Privacy
Some U.S. state privacy laws, including California law where applicable, may provide additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, certain disclosures or opting out of specific processing. Rights and obligations depend on the applicable law and its thresholds.
Where applicable, you may also have a right to appeal a request decision and to exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Contact hello@uni-gram.com with a request or question. This general section does not establish that a particular state statute applies to Unigram or replace any additional notice required following legal review.
14. European and UK Users
People in the European Economic Area, the UK or similar jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights described above and the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
For questions or requests, contact hello@uni-gram.com. This Policy does not assert a privacy certification or identify an unverified Data Protection Officer or regional representative. Any required representative details and jurisdiction-specific notices must be confirmed before the final notice is issued.
15. Children’s Privacy
Isbo is intended for business and commercial use and is not designed for children. Do not knowingly submit children’s personal information through public forms or chat unless lawful and necessary for an authorized service. If you believe a child’s information was provided inappropriately, contact us so it can be assessed under applicable law.
16. Third-Party Links
The website may link to external websites or services. Third parties have their own privacy practices and policies, which you should review before providing information to them. Unigram does not control and is not responsible for third-party privacy policies.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the service, processing practices or applicable law. Revisions will be reflected in the “Last updated” date, with additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
